Why should I join the Forest Grove ReStore loyalty program?

Members of the loyalty program get 5% off of a purchase at the Forest Grove ReStore each time they have accumulated 100 points. You, as a member, get an update about your points on the checkout device each time you purchase something at the Forest Grove ReStore and, after you hit 100 points, you get notified the next time you purchase something that you can use your 5% off discount (points earned at the Forest Grove ReStore are valid for redemption only at the Forest Grove ReStore). If you download the associated app, you can also track your points. 

How do I check my points or access my account?   

Every time you come into the ReStore and make a purchase, you will get an update on your points at the checkout device. You should also get a text message telling you when you have reached 100 points. If you install the app on your phone, you can also get an update on demand.   

What happens to my points if I return something I purchased?

The Forest Grove ReStore does not take returns - all sales are final - with the exception of electronics, which you have a week to return if they do not work. Returns are done for store credit, so your points aren’t affected. 

Do my points expire?

No, your collected points do not expire.  

Since this is associated with my phone number, will I receive a lot of text messages?

No. New members receive an initial text to confirm they are members for this program and they will have the opportunity to create a profile and choose whether to receive texts or emails from the Forest Grove ReStore. You will also receive a text when you hit 100 points. We are currently not texting any marketing messages - we communicate sales and special offers via social media, our web site, and signs in our store.

Will my points work at all Habitat ReStore locations?

No. Restores are independent enterprises, supporting different Habitat for Humanity affiliates.  Points earned at the Forest Grove ReStore are valid for redemption only at the Forest Grove ReStore.  

If I earn enough points on a purchase to unlock a reward can I use the reward on the same purchase?

No. Rewards earned on one purchase become available for redemption on any subsequent purchase.  

I changed my phone number recently, how do I update my ReStore points account?

Contact the ReStore manager via email and note your full name and that you need to change the phone number on your points membership, and also share your old phone number and share your new phone number (we need BOTH numbers). Or ask for the ReStore manager the next time you are in the ReStore. You can also change your information on the app.
